DIVE WITH US
At Puako Dive Adventures, we believe the best dives happen away from the crowds. Just north of Kona, Puako’s reefs feel untouched, with lava arches, caves, and ridges alive with reef creatures. With no more than six guests per boat, every trip feels like a private charter into another realm.
Instead of rushing from site to site, we linger where the ocean comes alive. One dive might bring manta rays looping overhead, another a sea turtle drifting past a lava ledge, and sometimes the reef itself transforms before your eyes as the daylight fades into starlight.
It is an intimate adventure, respectful of the ocean, guided by curiosity, and one you will never forget.
MISSION OBJECTIVES
Explore volcanic reef systems along Puako and the Kohala coast. Morning ops deploy at first light, where lava arches and caves reveal swarms of reef life. Twilight missions capture the reef’s full transformation, the golden sunset to alien nightlife. And for high-value encounters, manta operations place you belly-to-belly with the island’s most otherworldly residents. Each dive is unhurried, exploratory, and designed for discovery over checklists.
ADVENTURE SPECIFICATIONS
OPS FORMAT
One-tank dive, two-tank dive, or surface reconnaissance (snorkeling).
DEPLOYMENT WINDOWS
Sunrise expeditions, twilight transitions, or after-dark operations.
CREW LIMIT
Six explorers max, to preserve stealth and intimacy.
DIVER CLEARANCE
Certified divers only. Rookie status accepted.

Volcanic arches, lava ridges, hidden caves, and reefs alive with shifting marine life.
